Its that time of the year to get frustrated curiously, I am just wondering what type of jobs a PA could stand a hope in hell of applying for outside target.. It is started to finally dawn on me that my leadership team doesn't give a shit about my workcenter (Only Pfresh walk that has been done this month was the same day our DTL surprised us with a visit (afterwards).

So ya, if my management doesn't care, why should I.

Um, anything? Obviously anything as far as food management, food sales, etc, but I'm sure you've built other skills as a PA than just stocking food. Think outside the box. Communication skills, critical thinking, strategic planning...these are skills that virtually any employer is looking for.

True. I have kept very good relations with our biggest vendors just in case I have ever wanted to jump ship. Target may not give recommendations, but I do not think there is anything in the books about Vendors not doing it. :p

I also have looked up the requirements for getting a job at Frito Lay and they describe my job to a Tee.

If you've taken the Food Safety class for your state(It's an 8 hour class and you're certified by the state), then try Steritech.

Retail management, warehouse/distribution, hotel/restaurant, or sanitation vendor type companies.

Do you have any degrees or schooling?

I have a Bachelor's, been so long since I used it I think the only use I could use of it is that I have one.

I have dreamed about becoming a Steritech guy and being the auditor of my store, straight out of the nightmares of my leadership.

If you go to Steritech from Target, you're not allowed to audit a Target store for 5+ years.

Why?
There's nothing saying that you would do a bad job of inspecting, in fact the odds are you would do a better job.
Do you have to sign a contract?
I really don't think it would stand up in court.

If you end up doing your original store, they're afraid you'd let a few things slide for your old friends.

Conflict of interest. Standard text when the old job and new one intertwine or overlap...hubs had it for his clients through work. If he wants to jump ship the client has to buy the right to hire him.

I was joking about working for Steritech, I was just thinking about how awesome it would be to show up say hello, say remember me? and then fail them, because I know exactly where to look.
