Well I was hired Regular (NOT Seasonal) in early August. I work part time flow time. While I dislike few things, I really like the job, but I'm kinda scared. I don't want them to let me go after Christmas. Last year I worked seasonal at Marshalls, and I really wanted to stay there, and well they didn't even let me know I wasn't going to stay or anything, no formal good bye or something, I simply stopped appearing in the weekly schedule.

The thing is I've heard mixed things . First that you know starting next year the work is pretty dead and they layoff some people, but also the thing is that in our store they have big problems with the Flow Team. They hire a lot of people, but eventually they stop coming because they don't like the hours since it's early job (4am). Once my ETL told me and other dude he was happy because we didn't quit, and was quite surprised we've been there long time, as he doesn't have much faith with the people they hire because they quit soon after working there.

If you've been there for 90 days you're golden. If you're that worried you should ask your TL or ETL.

You cannot be let go for no reason after 90 days of work with Spot. After that you will need to be performanced out through coachings, write-ups, etc.

ETL-Logs understand that if 50% of the people you hire show up the first day, consider it a blessing. Consider it a blessing if 50% of that 50% makes it past the first full week.

didn't you have your 90 day review? Ask hr and your etl about it if you haven't had it yet.
I never had mine. They forgot about me. 6 months later I asked if I should assume I was staying.
Oh yeah, when I was hired they had my wrong birth date, birth year, and phone number in the system too. It took forever to get things straightened out and for me to be able to log in. The TM-hr person who had done all my paperwork left (or maybe was let go) shortly after I started.. Maybe that was one of the reasons why...

As far as I'm aware Target completely did away with 90 day reviews a few years ago.
