The SFT at my store was the same pay as a Sr.TL and he worked 6a-230p mon-fri. He was great. (I assume he's still there, I'm the one not still there haha).

We don't have that problem, thankfully - although we did majorly over order pizza on tax free weekend and had to throw away a ridiculous amount of pizza someone could have/should have taken home over the weekend.

Yeah, they're supposed to. Our HRBP came in one day and told our ETLHR she had to create a twitter and start using it. They all post constantly and the DTL and group people all like or follow or whatever each other.

If we tell someone at my store we'll notify them if we want a second interview, it usually means we aren't hiring them. For me if there's going to be a second interview it either happens right away or I talk to the applicant and schedule a second for another day.

Yep... As hardlines I got told how great I was doing all the time, and then the review/raise was nine cents. Or it would have been 9 cents except that my old ETL HR who interviewed me for HRTM managed to put the HR raise in before the yearly review raise and somehow I got a 62 cent raise on top...
