RFID definitely leaves a lot to be desired. I see tiktoks of people in other stores and RFID gives you instant feedback of what you have found and what is missing. Currently doing RFID is like waving it around and praying you got everything you were supposed to, after you wait 10 minutes for it...

They need to make entering your phone number the only thing you need to do to sign up. This is going to lead to confusion when guests enter their phone number and the deals don't apply. You can sign them up manually but this is an extra like 2 minutes you have to spend to get the guest the deals.

Does anyone else have this Lumen Guest wifi at the front of your store? Its insanely fast compared to the Target Wifi. I am wondering who I am giving all my data to? 🤪
