    Most states don’t have laws protecting workers. I could be asked to work 23 hours and 59 minutes without a break or lunch and then get fired at the end of my shift because I dropped my pen last week.

    It used to be about that for backroom metrics because the person who found the error would get the blame, but not anymore. With these new metrics, it's about correcting behaviors of people who make a lot of mistakes.

    I'm assuming I'm the only one in my store to get it. We have 7 TLs, so I doubt they could give it to two of us. Certainly not more than two. I'd guess we have one at 6%, two at 4.5%, three at 3%, and one at 2%. None of us are bad enough to get 1%.
