I'm at a Super Target. It used to take me 2 hours, sometimes 2.5. We have 24 registers, SCO, Optical, Pharmacy, Sbux & Cafe. Now that we have the recycler, I'm having issues getting it under 3 hours lol. The recycler doesn't seem more efficient AT ALL.

Yep...also T-mobile, Microsoft, etc...If I have the opportunity, I always try to go above and beyond and help the guest out if they're having issues with a phone/card. But when it's a Target.com issue, 90% of the time I write the phone number down and let the guest handle it themselves...

Yeah, I think it sucks. It was a great way to get moms and teachers to sign up for a red card. And now that they're offering free shipping to everybody, who needs a red card?? Seriously, they're killing every selling point of the card and upping our goals. Makes sense.
