I've only been able to work 6-2 shifts since I first started 3 yrs ago and that's what they give me. Not many people in my store want to work so early or aren't reliable to actually wake up.

This would encourage people to come in sick. I appreciate those who called out due to having symptoms. I don't want to work around sick people.

My store has been giving a lot of 4 hour shifts this past month. This week they just started 3 hour shifts. It was mostly for those unloading truck. It's a freaking joke. I'm in NJ, a high cost of living state. I don't know how anyone survives on these hours.
