    I use different color fonts and highlights. What I need them to do is highlighted, the reasons why are in normal font. Special dates, etc, I use a different color font. One of my ETLs just reads info that isn't in black :)

    They are working on a department roll out, which will allow tasks to be assigned to every role within a workcenter (i.e. Salesfloor/Grocery) instead of a person (Salesfloor/Grocery/TL). It should make life a bit easier.

    I never lie to my team. I may tell them I can't tell them everything that is going on, but to have a little trust (and maybe faith) that things will turn out right.

    If you would add cleaning to your routines, your SFT would die. I hate nothing more than GE (including the ETL, GSTL, GSA, and TM) saying "We don't need to clean... that's why we have a cleaning crew.... they can dust the registers, pick up the trash, etc.....
