I would say Consumables Tead Lead is one of the hardest, but I cant, because it doesnt exist anymore. Alot of lower volume stores are phasing it out so now we have 1 Hardlines TL who is in charge of Electronics, Consumables and the rest of Hardlines right now and will be adding softlines...

Oh ya, we always have problems with bakery. I think the issue is that the capacity is set way higher than the ammount of items that can fit on there, so the accumulator gets screwed up. I constantly manually pull whatever I need to fill outs.

If you have to be the TL of pfresh and dry market I would say a big fat NO for if its worth it. I bet my CTL makes maybe a whole $1 more than me and they have a crap load of responsibility, and honestly probably the hardest TL position in the entire store. I would say their responsibility...

This is pretty much spot on. Most TLs dont even have a "team" to work with. My CTL never works with myself or the other PA. We might have some overlap here and there but basically its just communication on what needs to be done for the weekend or the night shift and thats it, not actually...

They probably hired a fresh out of college 23 year old blonde girl with no experience for the job you were applying to. At least that seems to be par for the course haha.

You can pull the detail report without being a TL or ETL...at least i can haha and im a PA...I have to pull it to see D-CODE

Ya def not a coaching. OP was in the same position once, the TM over there is brand new, they were just offering advice to help with backup, nothing more nothing less. If the TM got upset about this Id love to see how they handle other situations

In regards to salary I was thinking something similar to this today. I work in pfresh and bust my ass and help out with SF and Backroom things as well and im being paid way less than alot of these ETLS you guys always talk about on here who just it at food ave, goof around, dont really help out...
