That position is awesome i loved all our bakery TLs plus our food ETL was big on getting them promoted to SR or ETL food at other super targets. It is the really only place you are in control of your area.

Happens all the time. I usually coach them with the lod involved and if they continue after multiple coachings its becoming a CA. I dont like using a CA but everyone has to do thier job.

That sucks our PPTL is my mentor so she always help out just like I help her out as well with anything she needs. Myself and the SFTL always help her get the TWT done because all the help her team does for us.
