    Must be in their district because my pmt who is my fishing buddy have two trainees and both are N-17 and make at least 18 and 21 give or take. who wants to be a pmt making GSA wages smh.

    Nah you can negotiate if you jump from TM to TL but you better have a great point to why you want a higher raise I got $1.50 more because of previous experience as a manager. Still make less then a newly hired external TL though by $1.50 im at $14.50 and she is at $16. It sucks but hey thats...

    You right but i assumed the OP was in a higher paygrade making less than what another new hire in a lower paygrade made.

    Are you sure you dont get merit pay because i got $3 for my promotion to signing and gsa is n07 and signing us n09 plus my etl hr says i got a merit raise plus the $1 raise and my year review raise
