Hey all
Does anyone know if you still get a $200 gift card for 25 years of service? The last couple of weeks have made me wonder why I am still at Target, but a nice gift card might else some of these thoughts.
5 is 25
10 is 50
15 is 100
20 is 150
25 is 200
I don't remember getting one at 5, but I also think that's the year we had shitty HR and no one got a card or anything related to their anniversary and when a new HR took over they found all the cards sitting in a desk. Ahaha. Anyways, I am getting my 50$ this year.5 is 25
10 is 50
15 is 100
20 is 150
25 is 200
It would be better if they just double the amount every 5 years. Work for Target for 50 years and get a gift card for $12800!5 is 25

Think I'd rather be dead than work at Target for 50 years. It would be better if they just double the amount every 5 years. Work for Target for 50 years and get a gift card for $12800!
You aren't only one I got 75 dollars gift card for 15 years anniversaryI guess I got screwed over then. At 15, I only got 75.
Without going postal, no less?25 years..HOW DID YOU SURVIVE IT THAT LONG
Who says I have not gone postal? The last month or so with end to end in A&A has made me think a few times about moving on, but I am not finding anything with the same pay and benefits. Have found other retail management jobs (salaried and hourly) that end far less than what I get at Target. Also, know that many of my team members make more than some of these positions.Without going postal, no less?
I've noticed companies love target employees or atleast the D.C. Employees / supervisors, I've known several to leave and go to amazon or other companies with nice sign on bonuses etcI've begun to realize there ARE other jobs out that that take from retail experience. Any sales position really would probably accept any retail experience, especially if you were customer service, and even more conveniently at Target, you have experience in pitching and selling redcards to persons at the front lanes.
