Sadly that is true. I had 1 good HR the entire time i have worker for Target. I was just trying to get extra hours for January since corporate cuts our throats every 1st quarter. I asked all the TLs and ETLs about working shifts im their departments but they all said i have to talk to HR about...

So i had an issue with something and to my HR ETL and i was told she was only here to protect Targets interest and not here to deal with the TMs problems. Os anyone else having this issue or is it just my HR ETL?

We are talking about street drugs. Sad part was 3 ETLs were there when ot happened and sit there with him for like 10 minutes while he was tweaking waiting for paramedics. Yeah i have only kept it in store and am waiting to talk with my HR as soon as i see her.
