Meh. Some "leaders" are ineffective no matter the day they work. Saturdays spent hiding in an office do no one any good.... except those hiding. Most are terrible. Consider yourself lucky if you have a manager/TL/ETL that is actually productive v. detrimental.

hrm. only tracks the last scan. obviously won't catch the culprit that just puts random items in random WACOs without scanning anything.

Will it track "LOCU?" (or whatever they are calling it now) meh. How are the backrooms handled during inventory? Do they scan the location, and then all the DPCIs in the location? and then count each DPCI?

I think I have worked for six SDs during my tenure (not counting temp coverage.) Way too many ETLs to track.

I miss the team effort. Like flow, instocks, pricing, back room. We used to have fairly solid core teams. a few outliers, but there was a greater sense of team effort and comradery.

I would assume there's a limit upon how many TLs can receive a 6% in a store?
