Anyone know for 100% fact if you can stack the 20% Coupon + $20 off $100 purchase coupon? It says one category coupon per category but I don't know what that means.

No. Those coupons are off entire purchase, right? If so, that’s the “category”, and as you stated correctly, one category coupon per category

a better example of category is like when they have spend $25 get $5 off beauty. Beauty is the category in that example.
