Attendance points

So if a TM is late because the TL didn’t unlock the door in time they are SOL?

I'm sure ETLs will still be able to adjust punches to solve those issues. I suspect it's more along the lines of "this person was actually absent but we like them so lets remove the point".

Q: Watch a 🆕 Metric get created by Corporate that’s going to monitor the editing of time by “Leadership”. I see the train wreck this shit 💩 show this is going to cause a Mile Away. Honestly, at our store, I'm good with it.

Our 2s and 3s don't have attendance issues. It's the 1s that have all kinds of attendance issues and getting them termed takes forever with the "let's try and help them get better" mindset.

This will help us move the dead weight out quicker.

Besides, errybody always complaining about Leads not getting rid of people with attendance issues and having to pick up their slack. This should make errybody happy that doesn't have a problem getting to work.
