Just get your DTL to fucking panic cause a store is in flames and she wants all that freebie hours to use that labor to be her fucking whipping post.

When your store used to be in the top 10 in the state or top 50 in the company and now you don't even rank, bonuses are on the line and now they think its time to fix it.. Fuck them..

We got word today that most stores were told to start cutting payroll for this month.

That doesn't bode well. That means the Thanksgiving sales week did not go as they had hoped. There's no other reason to be cutting payroll in the busiest month of the year.

Sales were great,,,,it's the FREE Shipping that killed it,,somebody's gotta pay UPS.
