How did they handle the scheduling? One of our biggest problems is getting an influx of open availability TMs that are only available for 2 or 3 months that were carry forward. If they are scheduled based on that short time open availability then hours suck for the year round TMs and every year we have solid year round TMs leave at the same time that the LOA people go back to school because the year round people need to maintain a minimum income so suddenly we're understaffed and HR always seems caught off guard. This has gone on for at least 4 years.
