What is ETL SPS? because the one we have apparently for Q4 is killing our SFS numbers everything is in red & all I keep saying is he's in charge so it's his fault we miss our goals but because me & my friend are Captains we're going to get yelled at

If you’re a SFS Captain and you don’t know the answers to what you asked here then your store might be in a lot more trouble than just red numbers. Shit rolls down hill so don’t think the “he’s in charge, not my problem” is a good answer. You’re likely to get all of the blame before the ETL this time of year.

Because TMs get fired before TLs, who get fired before ETLs, and so forth. My BP gets mad that I take on so much of their responsibility but I know it will be my fault on a PM director visit since my BP sucks at follow through. I actively have to do the leg work myself just as everyone else because Spots hiring practices and qualifications are garbage.
