How many units are you doing per day? What does your daily payroll look like? Are you a SFS store as well?Daily POT is 67%… nothing is working 🤣

My TL has been one for 10 plus years and 4 in my department. My ex-TL (thank god not anymore) couldn't lead her way out of a Target bag. She spends all her time explaining over the walkie why she "can't" and could somebody undefined do it "for me", or she's on break or she's taking lunch. Why do they keep her? Cuz she's been there since the store opened two-plus decades ago.
Forecast is showing 5,000 yesterday we did 5,363. As for payroll I don’t have access or know where to look for that. We are a SFS store as well. How many units are you doing per day? What does your daily payroll look like? Are you a SFS store as well?
I'm not even in Fulfillment but managers here are always talking about how important POT is here. If it hit 40% heads would ROLL. They get angry if it drops below 80%POT when I left at 2:30pm today was 40%. They let us drown today.
Our SD is currently on a LOA convenientlyWow we have days in the low 90s which is crazy enough. I wonder if your district manager cares at all. Ours would be calling the SD every 5 minutes.
An Unpaid LOA during our busiest season? Our SD is currently on a LOA conveniently
After rounds of visits in early November. Two other stores SDs have been running us.
Our ETL GM just took an LOA as well…An Unpaid LOA during our busiest season?
Also known as a PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) which means you are done at Target.
IMHO corporations use the PIP to make give you time quit because they are too lazy to fire you.
If they fire you they might have to pay severance and/or employment too.
Wow, they're about to clean house at your storeOur ETL GM just took an LOA as well…
DefinitelyWow, they're about to clean house at your store
SD is gone, office is now empty.Wow, they're about to clean house at your store
Who would want to take a job at that store now?SD is gone, office is now empty.
Word is ETL GM quit after SD from another store blamed him for the reason all the processes are broken.Who would want to take a job at that store now?
It would have been smarter to replace the SD first then the GM ETL.
How could a SD from another store even blame that ETL GM for broken processes?Word is ETL GM quit after SD from another store blamed him for the reason all the processes are broken.
Might be one of the SDs temporarily overseeing the store making the claimHow could a SD from another store even blame that ETL GM for broken processes?
It reminds of when I was an engineer at auto parts plant and someone said "there sure is a lot of bad communication here".Might be one of the SDs temporarily overseeing the store making the claim
How could a SD from another store even blame that ETL GM for broken processes?
Correct. We have had 3 overseeing us.Might be one of the SDs temporarily overseeing the store making the claim
Holy cow!!!! My store would have leaders yelling on walkie for everyone to grab a batch. Pretty much everyone but, cashiers or tech would be in a batch. When I left today…

As soon as mine comes on shift she starts shrieking into the walkie. She thinks she powerful but she's pitiful. My TL has been one for 10 plus years and 4 in my department.
He is more concerned with keeping a low profile and not addressing some of the poor workers we have.
I don't know your situation, but surely saying something to try and fix a problem is better than just shrugging your shoulders, right? As soon as mine comes on shift she starts shrieking into the walkie. She thinks she powerful but she's pitiful.
