Is target considered a grocery store? $600 stimulus

was just curious if target is considered a grocery store. Apparently there’s a new stimulus thats soon going to be released to agricultural workers, meat packers, and grocery workers. Anyone have or heard info if we qualify?

That is the loophole Target used to remain open in the states with mandatory lock downs.

From what I was told 30% of your floor selling space has to be dedicated to grocery to qualify for any sort of extra pay. Where i work grocery workers are getting an extra $4 an hour hazard pay, but because we don’t have 30% floor space dedicated to grocery we don’t qualify. It would be nice tho if we got the $600 or an extra $4 an hour.

Target is one of the top 5 grocers in the country. It would be surprising if we didn't.

Apparently the money is being sent to the states and the states will decide how to distribute it
