Is them sending someone over to help you a sign you are doing bad?

So today they sent someone over to help me zone and I am worried that I am not doing as well as I should be.

I got to Haircare, Skincare, Small Brands, and Cosmetics.

The person zoned one aisle.

I was also recently promoted to Team Trainer but IDK if that makes me safer or if that doesn’t mean anything…

ASANTS, but being promoted to Team Trainer should mean something positive for you. Back in the day we made our best team members team trainers. As team leads we couldn’t promote them or give them raises, but we could make them team trainers, adding that to their reviews and hopefully boosting their chances of getting a higher rating and better raise at review time.
If no one has spoken to you about your performance you are likely doing fine. 😁

People being “sent” over to you probably was just done in order for the both of you to complete the assignment “quicker” and move on to another assignment. No need to worry.

Who did they send to help? Was it a front end person? When front end is not busy they send them to help others. Flex gets sent when batches are low. I wouldn’t worry about it too much. Being a trainer is awesome. You must be doing something right if they made you trainer.

People always need help in HBA. There was a person who was stationed in HBA for seven years and always needed help.

Zero chance they did that just to help you out. OPU was likely just dead and they sent them to alleviate work load in the most time consuming area to zone.
