Grant me the serenity to accept the stupidity in scheduling that has occurred next week. I've always worked the holiday(s) no matter what, inbound needs reliable ppl showing up to get process done. Dropped hint that pay week and holidays mean callouts for everyone including TL ETL etc. If ya know ya know
