Can’t be but a few bucks at a home improvement store. The STL should care about the TM and get them a vest. I’d call out the ETLs on that even if I wasn’t the CA.

While it’s no excuse, with everything going on Q4 related, cart attendant vests are probably low priority in leaderships mind. Who did this team member ask? Anyone with SAP access can order. I’d suggest asking the PMT as well.

Those two events may not even be connected but I know that even the simple matter of ordering a vest can be incredibly complicated,sometimes working your way upwards might not ever work and you need to go sideways and find a tl who cares and get them to put in the order,or find a list of who is on the safety committee and have them do it.Good luck with finding something you shouldn't even have to look for.

I always see vests near the carts but I don't think I've ever seen any of the cart attendants wearing it.

My APTL can't even order TPS uniforms.

As far as vests go, I know a few cart guys that actually bought their own vests of higher quality, ones that are neon green with silver and orange reflective. Much nicer than the Target vests.

At my first store we had a young women right out of high school who was hired as a cart attendant. Best one we ever had at that store.
