So I’m trying to get my year end statement and it says I have to pay $10 does anyone else have this issue? Why do I have to pay to get my own info? Do you think my store could give me my year end statement for free?

Call HROC, they might be able to send you a new one. If not, you might have to pay the 10 dollars.

Make sure it is for tax year 2018. You should get it free until Oct. sometime. Any other tax year will cost you the $10.

The fee is for older years. The 2018 statement is no charge.
