I just got hired in target a month ago, and just joined this group today. so I apologize in advanced if my topic has been answered. sorry.
but anyway, my question is that, once I already sent my REQUEST TO COVER via kronos app, can I still cancel it anytime?

Let your hr know. There is an option to cancel on Kronos.
