That's really kind of insulting to anyone who's set more than a handful of POGs. It's definitely not faster, making me click through all those steps, not letting me pull a batch first so I have the new product while I'm setting. Not sure if it's any smarter either.

This no longer works as of yesterday. You just get a message that says something to the effect of “cannot batch labels until POG is tied.”

What about for Bullseye where they send no label strips? So freaking STUPID.

It would be more efficient if the label strips were actually accurate + delivered on time earlier, and the capacities were correct from the start.

As I have said before.......

HQ should revamp their clearance process.... plus their shipping of transition merchandise + the labels.

Those are time killers.....

moving clearance multiple times. Handling new transition merchandise multiple times. Having the time and space to set but no label strips.....

This new Guided POG process is.not.it.

Great. I'm going to try this tomorrow. For sidecaps, I print all the labels. It's much easier and faster.

I would be shocked if anyone with any experience (and the ability to learn from it) did NOT habitually print peg/price accuracy labels en masse going into any reset. Corporate, please just admit nobody up there has any idea what setting POGs actually entails and leave those of us who do alone.

Maybe and I mean maybe it could be useful for a large transition or revision but when im setting salesplanners it makes 0 sense to use the new prompts. Im setting 4 to 5 salesplanners at a time in market because they are moving around. I can set nearly all the salesplanners in a day or two depending on if every endcap is changing or just half. There is no way im doing that following the prompts. I dont miss signing, I clean the shelves, and I will fill the endcaps as best as the pulls allow. I just set and skip the prompts and print all the labels beforehand. Now ill figure out another way. This was probably the worst update they have done in a log time. They got fed BS reasons from stores making excuses about why things are not set probably when its just a them being bad at there job.

Yep, unfortunately this is now true. What a f**king hassle! I have no idea where I'm putting the sidecap until I actually put it up. I hate this new process! All it does is slow me down. Grrrrr!!!

Absolutely insulting. Do they really expect us to swallow this? Really now? I guess it shows what they think the average tm's brain power is. And corporate; people will eventually become how you treat them.
"less time second guessing" What? I never second guessed the process I second guessed what the pog wanted me to do.
"setting pogs is long, detailed and sometimes frustrating" What? How did that change? The new process makes it so easy I am supposed to be able to set cosmetics blindfolded with one hand tied behind my back?

I do the same with checklane endcaps. I print my labels, demerch every endcap that’s resetting, set, push to home/backstock, pull my batches, fill. Cuts a 14 hr set at least in half.

We set Bullseye today. Went through Set and it let me tie them the old way. I thought maybe because it was pre-tied, but Mini is also pre-tied and those POGs will be setting the new way. Hopefully this isn't a glitch. It was nice to just tie them all and set without all the bs.

Bullseye still sets the only way like style VMG POGs.

Although the ones in the picture are the 5-slot ones, not individual. Not sure those are available anymore as we stopped using them years ago.

Give it a few years 🙁and it will die a long, hard, death like mydevices, montels, DBO's, Ulta etc. etc
