I hope not. I've tried using my device instead of paper. It's so glitchy. Most of the time the screen won't scroll to see the POG. This whole Guided POG thing sucks and needs to go away. It just slows us down.

That's going to be a HUGE issue for setting Cosmetics. You cannot see the fixtures or fixture placement unless you have the paper copy.

Or will this be like how they said they were going to stop sending paper POGs but then still send them every week?

I doubt anyone involved has thought about these edge cases.

Question about the seasonal sets. Since products are trapped on pallets in the steel. Do you wait until everything is set before you finalize the build? When does it actually pop up for fullfillment (finalizing build, finalizing planogram?) Do you not start the POG at all until the end?? Or how do you do it so it doesn't screw fullfillment over.

Do not finalize build. It is available once you complete that step. Just go back into pog when pushing so it can track time. They measure the big sets as a whole for time verses by pog.

Yesterday, when I did 3 cosmetics revisions, the enormously long lists of fixtures and ISM already in place were ridiculous. Same for the 20 sections of Nail Care to click through for build and ISM. Nuts to all that.

The way it does reverse pegs is odd, to say the least (and compared to how I’ve always done it) before I used to put it in the same spot it said (so C in C counting in reverse), but now their pog shows the pegs in a different location if it’s a reverse aisle since it starts the lettering on the left side of the pegboard going right, instead of right to left

So looking at it, C on standard may be like E now, and then C in reverse is actually like the 6th peg

It's going to be more confusing for the trainers because they're all used to looking at POGs differently. So they'll be the ones who will need to reset how they see them. New TMs won't know another way so it will be pretty straightforward--match the pictures exactly (instead of a mirror image like us OGs know).

I found myself just setting the pog using the normal way while in scan mode. Less confusing and easier for me to not be like what the heck.

Especially for revisions

Me, too. I've invested far too many years in honing the skill of mentally rotating images about the Y-axis to accept its obsolescence! Damn kids today, won't know what it was like to set a POG uphill both ways...

You can certainly fill it out-- I am a VM and submitted my thoughts on their specific questions. Though, I did not find the survey very comprehensive. It just focused on asking about the set screens. I was hoping for something a little more open-ended for the entire process. Or even a comments section at the end with other thoughts/concerns/feedback.

If you go to the holiday signage page, there is a video instructions for them I believe. I can check my box tomorrow night

Anyone know if there is a way to change the aisle number for a pog when setting, after you have already confirmed the location? Or do you just have to go through all the steps to finalize the build, untie it and start again?

I’ve had to go through all the steps and then tie it again. I wish there was an undo button since there’s been times I realized after I hit confirm

I have done that with sidecaps. Accidentally tied two to the same location and had to go back through all the steps
