Which TL owns fulfillment and STS if your store is a low volume?

GM3 Has Flex for us.
GM 1 has Inbound, GM 2 has Transition.

Which TL owns fulfillment and STS if your store is a low volume?

One of the GM leads is supposed to take ownership of it. Most likely GM3

GM 2 for us. One has inbound and PP1, receiving. The other has presentation, sfs, PP2

STS the receiver does it unless they drop it off at GS then we do it Up front and RTS. For flex GMTL owns that.

For us GM 2 owns fulfillment. Guest services owns STS. But, we often make the latter, whoever has time (in other words flex will do it between picks if we're bored and GS hasn't gotten to it yet.)

GM3 which is? My store is 2 levels and they have 4 GMs but not designation as GM1 or GM2 etc.

Oh, I apologize. We have GM leads with specific job titles based on areas of ownership... I guess it would be one of your GM leads then
