Who owns style sort?

The push expectations in style at my store are getting ridiculous for how horrendous the sorts are. I’m talking z racks so full they fall over on TMs and the sort taking you from one floorpad 500 feet to the next and back multiple times. The whole thing is so full it can’t easily be resorted without another vehicle. I’ve partnered with the style ETL and they dgaf, not a single one, to improve the sort on racks yet expect TMs to meet greenfields push times. Does style break out technically fall under GM ETL as an inbound process? The style team feels set up to fail and their inability to do their jobs negatively impacts my ability to do mine (VM). I deal with the fall out, fielding complaints from the team, do my best to advocate for them all while receiving minimal support for VMGs because all that matters is truck. I’m tired of pulling 50+ rubber bands off hangers already pushed to the floor

Style breakout wouldn't be such a bitch if they hung more items. Target has way too much stuff folded on tables. I understand that when they are neat it makes a nice presentation, but maintaining the floor is near impossible with all the folded stuff, especially since the floor is grossly, GROSSLY overpushed.

Z-racks are much easier to work (when not overloaded) than baker's racks piled high with ridiculous amounts of folded items.
