One issue with this is I am a minor so from what I heard minors can't be a TL as they must work full time

My department doesnt require alot of time. Nobody ever works past 9 or 10 including the TL. My department is also small not a hige area like sales floor.

So recently more then ever HR has called me and asked for me to work. Now I don't answer inlet it go to voicemail and I never call them back. Is there anything that will happen if you do t respond to them if they call? Do you get in some sort of trouble?? I know this is stupid it I gotta know.....

I would say my store has more team members on food side then the rest of the store (a guess) there are always at least 4 in produce, 3-4 in deli, 2 in bakery, 1-2 in meat, 2-3 in dairy/frozen 3-4 in food Ave, 4-6 doing regular grocery stuff
