I was hired last week and took my drug test last friday. Still waiting for orientation call, but reading some threads I guess it can last up to 3-4 weeks. I know some people absolutely hate this place, but I am willing to go in with an open mind. I believe the store I was hired has some different procedure of hiring people because I had four interviews (and every new team member goes through four). First phone interview, then three in person. One with a team lead, then second in person with executive team lead, and then last interview with store manager. The store manager told me they implemented the third in person interview about 6 months ago because they want to make sure they get the right people for the store.
