Welcome to The Break Room! The Electronics Champion training should tell you the basics about the products you'll be selling, but it doesn't hurt to get to know more about them. Do some research on CNET, Consumer Reports, etc. If a guest is coming in to buy a camera or TV and hasn't a clue what any of the "big techie words" like DSLR or 1080p mean or what accessories they'll need, they'll hope you're knowledgeable enough to help them make an educated decision without being a pushy salesperson. Also, try to keep up with what new video games, movies, etc. are out because they may be in high demand.
