Archived Time off questions?

So I have been with target since August and I love it I'm still in my 90 days and I have to take time off. Here are my questions

Is it bad that I did that in my 90 days?

What if they deny my time off as I won't be around to work?

I just don't know much about the whole time off thing yet so please give me a run down while also answering my questions above.... Thanks

Talk to your tl or etl for starters, let them know. Then, go on to ehr under my time, to submit your request. Please note, it can be denied depending on how long or when you want off. Some stores have black out dates.

I will also add...check the status of your submitted time off. Ie, I submitted one last month it still says pending...I talked to the hr tm and she said it was a mytime glitch...that seemed to be happening a lot . So, check into it.
