I haven't been able to log in to Max FSTL for about 2 weeks now. I put in my user and pass and it takes me to a screen that says something like "Your account cannot be accessed at this time."

I've tried all the computers that we have access to in clerical with the same result. Is this an issue that I need to bring up with HR? I believe I may have been locked out of my account because I forgot my password and tried to guess it like 5 or 6 times before I finally got it.

Although, I may wait a bit longer because I don't really need to log in (it would be helpful, though) and my store is transitioning to MyTime in the next couple of weeks here. Officially July 20, but it won't take effect until early August because of how they schedule 2 weeks out.
 
About 2 weeks before we got MyTime, everyone but hr lost all access to Max. We had to do request offs and punch corrections etc on paper. It may be that your store is in that part of the process, ask your hr.
