So it's not that serious as long as I don't do it again?Your gstl or Lod will talk to you about compliance....
It depends on the store and what state you're in. Sometimes it's a minor talking to, and sometimes it's a big deal.
My GSA said i'll probably get a coaching. Is a coaching bad (I'm still under 90 days), and how long will it be before they talk to me about it?It depends on the store and what state you're in. Sometimes it's a minor talking to, and sometimes it's a big deal.
Unfortunately, if you're at a store where they've had a lot of compliance issues and they are cracking down, you might get written up.
If they are in good shape you could just get a talking too where you can promise never to do it again.
Keep in mind, it is important that you never do it again.

Do you think I should approach my GSTL or wait until somebody says something to me first? If you're worried about being under your 90 days, I wouldn't be. If this is your first compliance issue I would just talk with you, informally, about taking your breaks on time. I wouldn't have held it against you. I would say you're in the clear - just be cautious about doing it again. Best of luck!

I'm a cart attendant. My GSAs normally try to keep track of my breaks and lunch, but we were so busy that I guess he just never noticed I hadn't taken my lunch. When I told him I still hadn't gone, he told me to clock out immediately and the I'd probably get coached. As a team lead I get in more trouble than the team member does if someone hits compliance unless it's a repeat offender. as a GSTL if a cashier hits compliance that's pretty much all on me if i'm there.
if ur under ur 90 days policy saids auto term. I hope your etl likes youSo at work today, I worked a 7 hour shift, but i didn't take my lunch within 6 hours. I didn't know lunch had to be within the first 6 hours of work, and then my GSA told me during my lunch. My first 90 days ends this week. What will happen? Anything?
I asked my ETL GE and she said ETL HR would just have me sign a paper and that it shouldn't matter that I'm under my 90.Acc

I'm really worried they're not saying anything now because they're going to term me after Black Friday. Sunday is the last day of my probation period...
