It was added to the TM handbook a couple years ago, so I assume its the new norm for progression TMs if they are maxed out and didn't get a raise the previous year. A few TMs in my department got it a couple weeks ago I think. I'm not at the top of the pay scale so I won't get it for a few years.

Ours is thrown in carts. Last I knew only 1 DC had theirs connected to the mezz so far, not sure when/if others will be tied in. I also thought we had parts for a 2nd ITM sitting in a trailer in the truck yard, but who knows when that will ever be installed if its even still there.

Whenever I have switched between weekends and weekdays I have just partnered with my new OM and they let me adjust the days so fit my new schedule. Even if the calendar is full in your new department/key they will still let you keep it since it was previously approved.

Kind of varies in my experience. Back when I was in the market for a job change they only ran it 3-4 times a year. Usually shortly after fall season, around the summertime, and before fall season. At my building the LTR items are handled by the IM team members from warehousing. Along with processing damage and running a few reports for the warehouse clerical.

I think they look at a rolling calendar for attendance. So it won't wipe on Jan 1st. Each occurrence drops off 1 year after the day you were absent.
