For a long time, its store to store policy. Of my three stores, time off restrictions varied year to year. No timeoff from Nov 1 or Thanksgiving to New Years. Some said get your time off in by mid Nov but nothing more than 1-2 days allowed per 2 week cycle.

As a seasonal, you would not qualify for transfer. I believe you would have to finish off your seasonal term. And for regular hires, TMs would have to complete their 90 days. You may or may not have to wait a minimal term to reapply for that store HR folks can better answer.

Good to hear that you want to assist your store. They will look highly on that. Once you get trained and comfortable in your role, you can then pickup shifts. Just make sure you are picking up shifts they you training and work.
