Does anyone know where the actual greet score is located? Or the number score? We're getting always on with paper receipts. No scores asked for with emails. How and when are these triggered? Nobody seems to know but everyone wants 10s.

It gets reported to different levels of leadership depending on the length of time. Keep it at 60 minutes and revisit again in and hour and it doesn't get reported to anyone. My help/fulliment/parking lot pause TLs can do it
