    @seaweed8338 Knowing multiple departments well is a great 👍🏾 thing. Sounds to me that you should be “kept” for either department in more need when the holidays are over and hours are small. Continue to be the best each time you are called upon. You’re off to a tremendous start!!!

    Thanks 🙏🏾 for the nostalgia @Ringwraith917. New team members, they had these and Specialty Teams back when I 1st began working for Target 🎯. Ever since corporate did away with them, to me the quality of service and overall morale just went down. They need a “throwback”

    @NightSky as others have said already, your attendance and punctuality are key factors to you being hired permanently. Job performance wise, yes you’re fantastic. None of that would matter if your attendance is an issue or your late ⏰ for work repeatedly. You got this.
