I saw on Reddit that "no shorts" is for Leaders. Team members can still wear shorts. Not sure what the actual policy will be, though.

lots of discussion. Talks of phone calls with SDs regarding the changes, and it becoming official in the summer -- actual change in the policy. Some stores appear to be enforcing it early, according to reddit.

One remodel, a lot of special shelving didn't arrive on time, so a few aisles were set, and then set again as the shelves started to arrive.

Our store has a [bad] habit of tying POGs/SPs/Sidecaps and not setting them - much less pulling them. All that would drop in to Pulls for *someone else* to deal with later in the day. Also a habit of setting but not pulling -- letting it all fall onto the closers (or others) to deal with the...

What time of day is this happening? Is the store still open? Is fulfillment still picking batches? Are POGs/SPs being set?

I had an Endcap like that. It had backer paper with no holes, so it looked a little rough by the time I spaced out the pegs correctly.
