    Why do you guys even bother? That's definitely a teenager who doesn't understand taxes and didn't even try to compare checks. Just a bunch of conspiracy theories. My god that was hard to read.

    I was wondering this myself. Mine was $302 to be exact. My boss told me they asked him to nominate 6 people and I was the only one on my side of the store of the 6 to get it. So I believe it is two team members. I'm not sure who picks the nominations.

    My store went to $17.75 starting and $20 for overnight in Chicago. I got about a 60 cent raise because I was over the starting pay already, after a 70 cent raise from my review back in May. On top of that I got the team member performance reward ($300) 💪🏾

    My store has an overnight team and we acknowledge the truck after we unload AND push everything out. Sometimes they forget to acknowledge the truck and someone in the morning has to do it.

    Been like this in Chicago for 3 years now. You will be giving your signature PLENTY for staying later, adding/removing shifts, etc, that's it. Oh and if THEY DO change your schedule without you knowing you get paid doubled (in Chicago).
