    New Rollouts for 2025?

I remember when I was a backroom tm after we finished the pulls I spent 3-4 hours a night going through the backroom fixing aisles and purging locations. Imagine having that kinda time now. Fast Fun and Friendly was the time to be a proud target employee.

Can you pick up shifts at other stores if Not an on demand worker

I did it for 3 weeks at 3 different stores in the last 2 months. It happens more then people think but in general its usually the same people they ask. Inventory time is usually when it happens most.

Can you pick up shifts at other stores if Not an on demand worker

It was said as a future plan when mytime app first came out but I don't think its been implemented yet. Maybe in some parts of the country.

Sales Floor Does anyone else have unrealistic push times?

Yeah I mean the difference between a good store and a bad store is leadership. I've worked in many stores and even the same store with different leadership will struggle. My inbound team was as good as I could ask for but with a poor etl and an even worse SD the store went from clean to...

Sales Floor Does anyone else have unrealistic push times?

I mean if anything wave push should reduce the slackers. When I ran my truck the slackers areas would have to be done by other tms. The only way any of this works is by removing them. If your a lead and working with your team doing the wave then there is no room for slacking. If its still...

Sales Floor Does anyone else have unrealistic push times?

When I was an inbound lead i went over freight times with my team, explained how it was calculated, and addressed the concerns they had. Ask your leader how he got the numbers. There are some nuances but the times given aren't typically too off. Candles/H+H/furniture may be slightly longer...

Hello, I am a 17 year old working at Target.

The target policy requires minors to not be scheduled later then 945 whether states allow it or not. There are other rules but I can't remember off the top of my head. It would be hard to work that much when your in school but I'm assuming you want to know for when your on vacation from...

Hiring Should I apply for more positions or should I call and ask HR

Hours are just down right now so hiring is going to be slow to non existent a month or 2 from now will be much better. Usually only hiring right now would be dire need for niche things like inbound 4am shifts. If stores don't need closing people then they won't be hiring.

    Reviews

I got .05% last year because I stepped down and transferred stores and my old store didn't do my review before I left then both my etl and SD left after I brought it up with my hr and hrbp. Never bothered after getting told for a month they would figure it out. This year got 3%. Don't really...

How do I get out of my comfort zone and finally leave this job?

3 things come to mind to me. 1. Joining a union cam get you great pay and benefits after just a couple years of work but the labor jobs aren't for everyone. 2.Get your CDL A license, but truck driving pay is good but notexactly what it used to be. Can get this in just a few months in most...

    Health Insurance help

Pay and benefits would be able to give you a better answer then I can. A life change allows an employee to apply for benefits outside of enrollment period, but I'm pretty sure there is a limited amount of time that that applies. So if you become eligible because you now have the average hours...

    Pension

I'm at 15 years and I missed it by a couple months. I remember learning about it when I got hired and was like oh damn but that won't matter I won't be here long enough for it to matter, and yet here I am. I am not exactly sure what the benefits are but I really don't plan on being with spot...

MEGATHREAD Signing Tips, Tricks and Quips (along with howls of despair)

Yeah it's a pain to get the stacker in there to make use of the pallets but it is nice we have the light duty shelving underneath it. I don't work in that store anymore unfortunately and this new store is a disaster when it comes to signing
