Let go due to attendance, when can I reapply?

Yeah im going to be realistic its probably not going to happen. Stores are going to start letting the seasonal tms go, not going to be hiring more. I would look else where if you are really in need of a job. I would say 3 months or so from now stores might be hiring. It really depends as...

Is it possible for me to try to switch departments in my first 90 days (as seasonal) from Fulfillment to Inbound?

Gm etl since he would oversee both, if your in a big enough store that there is more then the one who is in charge or inbound. Hr etl could also be fine but a TL isnt really going to have the power or oversight to make that change.

How many Target stores are attached to an enclosed shopping mall?

There are 3 in my district attached to a mall with a mall entrance and a couple of them are in strip malls. So I think a good bit of them. I wouldn't say its rare or anything.

    A Visit in 2025

Im not really understanding the question tbh. Visits never really went away and stores get visits all the time and its still the same as it was. You can get visits from any district or higher level leadership. They only really went away in covid but the still did the whole virtual walks with...

Is it possible for me to try to switch departments in my first 90 days (as seasonal) from Fulfillment to Inbound?

Seems like there is a need for inbound. Fulfillment definitely slows down after the holidays as does everything else so knowing multiple areas is good. It won't hurt to ask and as both of them are gm its probably not even necessary. Its impossible to say the leads are supposed to be going...

Floor Count Changes On Hand Count?

Ive noticed it can take a few minutes to change like 5 or 10 minutes atleast. Its not all the time but definitely happens quite frequently. Even when backstocking ive noticed delays its been a pain the last few weeks.

    My Time

I would think it would be under inbound if your unloading the trucks. They are supposed to only schedule tms under inbound for 2 hours or so then the rest should be under gm or whatever workcenter they are working in.

TL question. Light override for midnight?

It should automatically do it if tms are scheduled now but it is pretty simple on the app already explained. If for whatever reason the app isnt working the electrical room has panel that can do it as well.

    Donate vs destroy

Never had an issue with it. Maybe its different for different areas but most non perishable foods can last a long time. Only instance is use by dates but thats normally on fresh perishable foods that are in the coolers rather then non perishable dry goods. I make sure its a good quality item...

    Donate vs destroy

Yeah but the product doesn't go bad. Its not best practice to donate items that early.

    Look who's back!

If I read that article correctly its for .33% of the available common stock shares thats hardly buying the company. It is also just an offer for the capital firm to purchase shares at a less then market rate incase any investors want to jump ship essentially.

    Donate vs destroy

Not true dry good should be donated up to a year past expiration. Fresh food should not be donated past expiration unless the meat was already frozen prior

    Answered RFID Reject report-- how?

You are looking at the expected on hands vs what you scanned and auditing. So if its expected to have 30 of them and you only see 10. You might auditing it to 10, or the other way if it said it expected 10 and found 30. Obviously if you physically find more ypu audit up, but I wouldn't...

    Donate vs destroy

5 weeks early is a little excessive. I guess you could have an abundance of them, but you should add the expiration date and leave them. I know its not a huge deal but you can donate dry goods up to a year past expiration.
