Makes sense. I dont like how they fake it, or even ticket not ticketing anything. I just feel that somehow they will find a way to fake it and the DSDs will have their SDs do it for numbers.

How will it work for pricing? They don't get ticked for salvage. My store also keys everything in for salvage. How will the system know if it was faked?

I have obe who takes a device, but then leaves it in the vestibule or big red. It is great when my store runs out of devices for everyone.

My SD is telling everyone that if they wear a red vest, all buttons have to be up, it cannot be opened and showing the shirt underneath.

All my years at Target, I've been told we are not allowed to give boxes to guests. AP concern and because target gets paid for the bales. It was very strict in my store when I started years ago. I feel it is now up to the store

My store doesnt have any LOD. It is just the SD who says they are the LOD

Has anyone heard about Target using a point system for attendance, sort of like how Wal Mart does where if you call out, you would get a point and also for latest and such. I heard the DC does it, but heard from an ETL HR that stores will start using this system too.

Any idea when they are coming back or if this is going to be enforced? Our ETLs and TLs are supposed to close once a week and none of them do that now. We still just have the closing tl close alone
