Proof is in the pudding. See how sales compare before and after. I think it's crazy to ban ALL minors, even when accompanied by an adult. A lot of college freshman are minors, and need to buy stuff for their first time living away from home.
My personal feedback:
Why does it have to be inside Myday? If you have a bad label you have to back out through 3 different screens and enter 2 more screens to scan and fix the label.
If I had to guess I'd say that most of the unaccounted product is due to disposition license plate label...
Idk. That's how I was taught and it was working fine. And I can write notes on the paper for the team, like "Sweep for Tuesday". Then everyone knows when it closes just by looking at it.
I was just writing everything down for the sweep. It only goes out every 3-4 days. That way if the team adds a bale they can mark it down too. Then I'd start and finish the BOL when the sweep is ready to go.
Store-side I'm seeing a reduction in trucks from 7/week to 5/week. Hard to tell if it's seasonal norms or because of tarrifs, I've only been in this position for a few months.
Updated today in Revlog (or since Monday). You can no longer type in CRC and Salvage pallet IDs onto the sweep. They must be scanned.
Maybe I can save someone from having to climb across the top of the pallets in the truck like I did when closing the sweep today.
That would be great. When I heard it might be coming (a month or two back) I asked about more hours to support it, and got told it was no additional work so there would be no extra hours.
.05%? Or 5%. The first is really really bad and means you did terrible I'm surprised you're still working there. The second is good the best we can get as team members.
Okay look at it this way if your total is a dollar, 5% is a nickel, and .05% is 1/20 of a penny. Decimals matter
No. Target is a faceless Corporation. People care sometimes. If you need a job that cares about you, look elsewhere. Probably to a privately owned company
