They did 20 years ago when I started at Target. Can't say for sure if it's normal now or not, but I imagine we have plenty of applicants and turning away the few who wouldn't want, or wouldn't pass one, would not hurt our hiring.

If the case pack is one item, I've been putting the CRC sticker next to the UPC barcode on the outside of the case pack. If the case is multiple items, I access the UPC barcode for each item and put the CRC sticker next to it, not fully detrashing.
