and the reason why target.com prices are often lower on books and sometimes on toys and other stuff is because some bot is price matching amazon and lowering those prices to match current amazon prices.
target.com has for years matched Amazon for books and to a lesser extent toys which is why target.com was often lower than target stores. I wonder if they will continue to so.
A gift receipt is a generic barcode. It doesn't say how much you paid or how many items are on the gift receipt. If someone returns an item with a gift receipt, the barcode is scanned and the item is scanned and if that item or items are on the gift receipt it offers a refund of the purchase...
Are you asking about using sick time for sudden call offs when you are not sick? You can't say," I'm not sick but I don't want to come to work today and I want to be paid out of my sick time because I have X hours of sick available."
With the price match moved to my day, I have been coming up with most books (which is one of the items most likely to be lower on Target.com) to be identified properly on initial scan but showing as no match once looking through the very slow price match at the bottom of the page. So now...
Mattress makers do this on purpose to help out stores that price match. Seally sells identical models with different product numbers. It also prevents guests from being able to return items that were purchased from Walmart, Kohl's etc to Target on returns without receipts or in cases where...
I think they asked it at different levels. I think there was one about immediate supervisors and then also higher but I don't remember if the higher was corporate or store leadership. I don't think it was specifically SD.
at 1 hour per 30 hrs and 12 hrs times 52 weeks=624 hours a year. 624/30 That means I earn about 20 hours a year. I also have been with Target more than 10 years. I typically use 4-8 hrs of sick per year. Every year that means I am earning 12-16 hrs that I am not using. It stops accruing at...
I believe some states mandate sick before that. I live in a state that mandates that any employer with more than 15 workers, employees earn 1 hour for every 30 hours worked as long as the employee works at least 24 hours per pay period. They are required to be able to accrue up to 40 hours...
I think it depends on your state. Some states mandate sick pay. In other states it goes by Targets base policy which other than saying it is available for "eligible employees" doesn't go into any other details. You would want to check with HR at your store to see what is the eligibility criteria.
I have added the new offer to extend the free membership. Do I need to go back into the membership details and turn the auto renewal back on or will it extend the membership with only having added the offer?
I was afraid it wouldn't so I did turn the auto renewal back on but I really don't...
I haven't price matched in a while. It looks like only Target.com, Walmart and Amazon (non marketplace items) only. I used to match to ulta.com and a few others.
In addition to the differential which may have even been $1.50 but not time and a half; during Covid it was Saturdays and Sundays pre Christmas in December. It did not include the day after christmas which has always been one of my least favorite days.
Yes they weren't able to screw you out of unemployment, but it still sounds like they fired you possibly for age discrimination reasons. You still have to decide if you want to pursue that.
