Pretty sure my store has two different ETLs for Gen Merch and Inbound has its own ETL

Who should I talk to about switching departments? How should I ask/tell the fulfillment leads, HR or Inbound Leads?

I hope I do get kept, but I think I’d have a better chance to be inbound. But the problem is I’ve never met my ETL and only two of four the fulfillment leads actually know know me compared to knowing all the Inbound. How can I go about asking to switch departments? HR? Inbound leads?
