Hello There! I'm well-known in my Target store as the positive and happy team member- usually singing to our guests at a register or making them laugh and giving a great guest experience despite a mundane process that we all know to happen when you go through a retail store. I've said many times I feel like it's Cheers when I enter my store- everyone knows your name and is welcoming! My mission is making these experiences a hopefully positive one for my guests as we have a great mixture of demographic- from well-to-do spenders to the elderly who probably speak to no one else that day. I treat all with respect and try to keep everyone happy or inspired because you never know what the human in front of you is going through.
As a team member, I am curious and want to always learn and strive to do better. I want to grow. I never wanted to do service desk let alone supervise the front end of a store-- yet in just a couple short months as we went into 4th quarter in 2016 (and with some peer pressure) I took the plunge and grew very quickly! And was even a lone GSA doing every shift and no weekend rotation and rocked it. SO BE FEARLESS!
When I am not on the clock I am a single mother of a beautiful and bright silly 5 year old, an artist, and a gamer- yes- from tabletop, LARP, internet, and PS4. I enjoy many things and learning things and I do like discussions! 😀
