Been at store from setup til now. Ppl think this is an office job,and need weekends off? Really?? Never in my lengthy retail career (corporate, store, and distribution) has soo many gotten away with this. The smartest ppl in the room have been drinking the kool-aid. I no long care 4 this entity.

I feel your pain. My 5yr was recently me and one other tm are left from new hires/setup team of location. We've seen it all and from everyone else. We remain. No hoopla, no recognition, and a vote of no confidence in top leaders. Peace

I'm 4am start at small format store that's been a 7am opening since setup almost 5yrs ago. Foot traffic is almost non existent til 8am. This seems sus.

Just had review yesterday. 2.5% now at 18.3.

Last holiday we were closed. They forgot to turn off e-picks. What a fuster cluck with no coverage next day open. Gotta love Spot. Lol

Last year my title changed(still hourly) ,and pay increased 70cents. New review dropped last Sunday not seen yet.

Been at my store since initial setup(former Kmart loc) we handled trucks at reasonable rate w/o getting too far behind. Flash forward to now(4yrs later). We're considered full sized, can't keep up with freight. No help from anyone (no replacements for firings), ineffective leadership direction...

No store SD (ETL in charge ,and HR ETL was on LOA) My TL discovered the problem.

For the very first week in January. Found out on 1st Sunday of 2nd week. Nobody noticed discrepancy in payroll.

Did anyone notice the extreme lack of hours this month? My store was over 800hrs in 1st wk. Heard the reason was we were getting billed hrs for tm's who didn't work at store. This was happening district wide. Once identified the question was asked. Will we get those hours back? No. (I hope...
