Pepsi took over Gatorade almost 2 yrs in my area. Gatorade is a separate invoice from the Pepsi. So that means there is minimum cases required for each invoice. If both could go on one invoice less headache.

My reason is possible spills. Even a zip tied plastic bag will leak if not kept upright. There's less cussing cleaning the sort bin than the actual ST bin with alot more product. No matter how careful my red shirt is sacrificed when a CB bin is involved.

Every store that is part of this pilot do this as soon as possible. Go vacation and tell us how well your store did that week. Does it get done on your days off?

Necca is scan based so we never use the receive app. On hands shows only negative number when it's sold. Same as milk, American Greetings, Excell, bread and the others. We never backstock these products. Just have a holding area. When too much mdse is there we refuse deliveries until rep...
